Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Provide a range of administrative services, including but not limited to calendar management, email correspondence, data entry, document organization, payment invoices and research.
  • Maintain clear communication with clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively.
  • Responding, answering phones and emails.
  • Customer services.
  • Provide support and assistance to other team members as needed.

Job Requirements

  • Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (MUST), both spoken and written.
  • Proven experience as an Administrative Executive, Administrative Assistant, or similar role will be advantaged. Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), video/images editing software (canva, ) and other relevant software applications. Detail-oriented and able to maintain accuracy in work.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • A positive attitude and exceptional interpersonal skills, coupled with a customer service-oriented approach.
  • Fresh Graduate and non-experience is welcomed.
