Job Responsibility

Job Responsibility

  • Handling all the management task related and assist in accounting filling.
  • Managing and maintain efficient filing and documentation system
  • Handling data entry properly into computer system
  • Ensure proper upkeep of the invoicing of the business.
  • Organizing and scheduling monthly and annual operation and events.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and HR practices
  • Perform ad hoc task when required

Job Requirements

Job Requirement :

  • Proficiency in Autocount System, Microsoft Words, Excel and other common office software
  • Diploma or Degree holder
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and HR practices
  • Fast learner, independent and reliable (can work with minimum supervision)
  • At least more than 1 year experience working in administrative and willing to learn and explore
  • Good time management skill, interpersonal skill, demonstrating a high level of self-discipline
  • Strong problem solving skill, good in communication and can work in a team.
