Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Process invoices, receipts and other.
  • Recording of details from suppliers.
  • Process motor vehicle application.
  • Handle phone calls, emails.
  • Provide general administrative support.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum SPM level.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin and English.
  • Basci knowledge in MS Office (Words & Excel), Google Sheets.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
  • Working Hour: Monday - Saturday (9AM - 7PM)
