Ultimately, we are looking for a person to manage our company's black & white documents, and to manage all of our internal & external requests.
The selected candidate will be directly assisting the CEO for all related matters.
Responsibilities
- Manage general company accounts
- Manage all forms of documents & applications (i.e. bank, government bodies, vendor application etc.)
- Manage all staff's payroll and HR related matters
- Manage all external enquiries (i.e. calls, emails, Whatsapp etc)

- Fluent in English & Bahasa Malaysia
- Own a transport
- Experienced in basic accounting
- Experienced in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
