Job Responsibility

  • Handle online order processing, including order placement, tracking, and returns
  • Maintain a strong understanding of products or services to effectively address customer questions and concerns

Job Requirements

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach
  • Ability to multitask and efficiently handle a high volume of online inquiries
  • Previous experience in online customer service is advantageous
  • Basic knowledge of e-commerce processes
