Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support:
- Manage and organize office operations and procedures.
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing orders, and verifying receipt of supplies.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Communication
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails.
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external clients.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and forms.
Scheduling And Coordination
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Coordinate with the service team for installations and maintenance appointments.
Record Keeping
- Maintain physical and digital filing systems.
- Ensure the accurate and timely recording of all transactions.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
Financial Duties
- Assist in payroll processing and manage employee records.
- Process and manage invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.
- Assist with budget preparation and expense reports.
Customer Service
- Provide general support to visitors.
- Address customer inquiries and provide information regarding services and products.
- Handle customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
Compliance And Safety
- Ensure company policies and procedures are followed.
- Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations.

The Admin Executive is responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The role involves handling a wide range of administrative and executive support-related tasks, managing communication, and being able to work independently with little or no supervision. Requirements
Education:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
- Additional qualifications as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus.
Experience
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant, office admin assistant, or in another relevant administrative role.
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
Skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular).
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
