Job Description

Job Description:
  • Create accurate invoices for transportation and logistics services provided by the company.
Enter billing information into the system and organize documents like bills of lading and delivery receipts.
  • Verify service rates and calculate charges based on factors like distance and weight.
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve billing issues courteously and promptly.
  • Ensure billing records match shipping documents and reconcile accounts receivable.
Monitor outstanding invoices, follow up on late payments, and assist with collections.
  • Help prepare billing reports and summaries for management review.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,
  • 00 - RM2,000.00 per month
