Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Maintain and manage office bills and supplies such as WIFI, water bills and etc.
  • Being the main communication between the company and external parties for office related events and issue.
  • Manage new hire onboarding process
  • Develop a comprehensive training program for new hires
  • Manage and maintain office space including office equipment and supplies
  • Coordinate corporate events including logistics, catering, registration, etc.
  • Assist in HR functions including administration and employee relations issues.
  • Other ad-hoc task as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least SPM/ Diploma
  • Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia.Fluency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
  • Proven admin or assistant experience
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in MS Office, Word, PowerPoint, excel
  • Must be aggressive and detail oriented.
  • Able to start work immediately.
