Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Manage interview session for Maid. Interview made by skype must speak and write in Malay
  • (if could speak & write in Bahasa Indonesia is more advantage)
  • Handling foreign worker and maid application, working permit & renewal.
  • Responsible in documentation of all matters relating to foreign workers & maid (Check out Memo, Calling Visa, Special Pass, POEA contact and Others)
  • Familiar with website, MYEG, FWCMS, FOMEMA, SMO and EPLKS.
  • Providing administrative support to the manager.
  • Manage the database of clients.
  • General administration task
  • Supplier payment record
  • Paper Work.

Job Requirements

  • Fresh graduate can apply. Candidate that have related working experience will be an advantage.
  • Diploma in marketing, business or related field.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
  • Demonstrate written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with spreadsheet, word processing and e-mail.
  • Proficiency with Mandarin will be an advantage.
