Job Description- Industry/ Organization Type: Heavy Machinery & Equipment
Position Title: Office Admin
- Working Location: Penjuru Close
Working Hours:
- 5 days, Mon to Fri (8 am 5 pm), Sat (8 am 12 pm)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary + Variable Bonus + 14 Days AL
Duration: Permanent Role
Provide administrative support in the office.- Handle basic bookkeeping tasks and issue invoices, checks, etc.
Attend to customers/ clients inquiries including emails, phone calls, and mail.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
Support other departments with administrative tasks.- Other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Minimum GCE O-Level or equivalent.- Competent with Microsoft Office and computer skills.
