Our client is an International Freight Forwarding MNC, located in Subang. Currently seeking talent for their business expansion.- Ensure smooth and timely freight process flow, meeting client requirements.
Daily Ocean Export & Import coordination & corresponding with clients. service providers and internal team.- Prepare required documents for international transportation.
Ensure completeness of job with regards AR/AP status for proper month end finance closing.
- Responsible to source and negotiate the most competitive rates from carriers, co-loaders, NVOCC
Communicate and build good rapport and relationship with agents, carriers, co-loaders and service providers.- Perform and ad-hoc duties as assigned or required from time to time
Work with the team on meeting KPI standards, as per the company's procedures.
- Any other tasks assigned by superior as needed.
