Perform comprehensive client assessment and set appropriate long-term and short- termgoals.
Develop effective management/treatment plans for clients.
Collaborate with teachers, other therapists and parents to ensure goals are appropriate and that the client is progressing.
Manage, monitor and evaluate client progress and communicate effectively with all stakeholders accordingly.
Maintain and adhere to proper documentations guidelines and standards; ready for reference or reports.
Attend Early Intervention Program (EIP) review termlyly with parents and team.
Always ensure a safe and clean environment including sanitising toys and equipment.
Report any incidents or accidents to Centre Manager.
Complete the necessary report needed
Attend and participate with staff meetings, self and staff development, business development and peer sharing.
Support the overall business directions of the company.
