Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, educators, and family members to ensure integrated care.
- Monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.Educate and train clients, caregivers, and staff on strategies and techniques to support occupational therapy goals.
Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to review and discuss client progress.- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in compliance with professional standards and regulations.
Stay informed about the latest developments in occupational therapy and apply best practices to the care provided.
- Provide support in creating a safe and conducive environment for therapy sessions.
