Perform occupational therapy evaluations, establish treatment plans with goals, provide treatment, maintain treatment notes as specified, delegate specific treatment and perform discharge activities according to the standard procedures.- Provide on-going analysis of a patient's progress towards the rehabilitation goals
Actively participate in inter-disciplinary meetings to share best practices and generate creative solutions.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending internal training; educational workshops; establishing personal networks.
Maintains consistent and reliable attendance and complies with company guidelines on attendance.- Constantly maintain high professional standards at work with regard to personal behaviour and interactions with other staff and families.
Maintain safe and clean working environment by complying with safety procedures, rules and regulations.
- Perform other duties as requested by the Head of Unit, or other superiors if needed within due dates.
Key in charges and report in Plato for every respective patient that receives services in Occupational Therapy Department (including OT Initial Assessment Report & Progress).
Bachelor Degree of Occupational Therapy- Preferably with 1 year experience in the relevant practice.
Ability to interact positively and motivate patients.
- Special skills such as sensory, fine motor skills, splinting and pressure garment.
