Job Description- Provide nutritional consultation and recommend suitable solution to customers
Taking care of customers enquiries about health information as well as answering online enquiries about products- Perform nutrition screening with reliable screening tools to evaluate customers risks
Collaborate with sales and marketing team to carry out the branding and awareness activities i.e. health talk or exhibitions or corporate events
- Detailing products to potential customers
To keep records of all interactions with customers and follow up on customer enquiries, feedback and consuming experience.- Keep updated on product knowledge and promotion scheme.
Assist in creating educational material for branding or marketing purposes
- Perform any other duties as assigned by superior
Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Nutrition or Dietetics.
- At least 1 year of working experience
Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia, English & Mandarin speaking will be an added advantages.- Fresh graduates are welcomed
Able to work Sunday to Thursday or Tuesday to Saturday, working time is 9am to 7pm or 10am to 8pm
- Positive working attitude with good learning spirit and able to work independently.
Strong interpersonal communication and service-oriented.
