- Provide support to the Scientific and Nutrition Manager in various tasks, including delivering technical nutrition and health science information, conducting scientific and nutritional assessments of marketing communications, and evaluating product artwork. Additionally, maintain and update the nutrition database on the shared drive with the latest relevant information, such as competitor product details, communications, and current nutrition issues or statistics.
Key Accountabilities
Provide Technical Nutrition and Health Science Information
- To ensure that internal teams and external stakeholders are equipped with accurate and up to-date information related to nutrition and health science.
Conduct Scientific and Nutrition Assessment on Marketing Communications
- To ensure that all marketing communications (including advertisements, product brochures, online content, etc.) comply with scientific and nutritional standards.
Conduct Product Artwork Assessment
- To ensure that product packaging (labels, artwork, nutritional panels) accurately reflects the product's nutritional value and complies with regulatory standards.
Update the Nutrition Database with Relevant Information
- To maintain a centralized repository of nutritional data, ensuring the team has access to the most current and relevant information on nutrition and competitors.
Key Requirements;
- A Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of both local and global nutrition issues.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to engage with individuals at all levels.
- Ability to simplify and convey complex technical information in an easily understandable manner.
- Capable of conducting nutrition talks and training sessions independently.
