Responsibilities
- Provide advice and guidance on supplements and general health products to customers.
- Responsible for sales for healthcare categories including health supplements, over-the-counter and general nutrition.
- Guide, train, and motivate subordinates in promoting customer service, maintaining quality services to the customers
- Handle all orders of healthcare products from branches and local supplier
- Responsible for handling stock take and also annual member sales event
- Managing digital marketing platforms e.g. Shopee, Instagram
- Able to work on retail hours (includes weekends and public holidays).
- Preferable able to speak Mandarin
- Working experience in the healthcare retail industry are welcome
- Possess diploma/degree in Nutrition, Food Technology / Food Science or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
