Perform research, develop training materials and support in execution of the training programme to ABOs and staff. (Physical/virtual/hybrid training)
Design, develop, execute and monitor all training and development initiatives which are in line with company directions and KPIs, including eLearning.
Collaborate with different stakeholders including Marketing/Sales/HR team to drive effective integration and implementation of training.
Manage training schedule and ensure that all training is conducted on time with sufficient resources and facilities.
Conduct workshop briefing to ABO contract trainers when necessary, supervising contract trainer's training performance and auditing contract trainer's training delivery periodically.
Plan and manage training/project expenses allocation and ensure spending is within established and approved budget.
Track and evaluate training effectiveness; enhance training/program with continuous improvements in the approach, process and method as appropriate to elevate ABO's competency and capabilities.
Respond ABO/APC's inquiries in a timely manner via emails, calls or one-to-one consultation.
Accountable for the execution of all assigned projects and ensuring compliance to Amway policies.
To localize global and regional training resources for final release of training content in local market.
Support in execution of product launch/campaign activities and other major company events
