Located in the serene community of Sg long and Puchong, we are currently seeking a caring and skilled Caregiver to join our team and make a positive impact on the lives of our residents.
- Position Overview: As a Staff Caregiver in our nursing home, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and comfort of our residents. You will provide professional caregiver care and work collaboratively with our healthcare team to maintain the highest quality of care and support.
Deliver skilled caregiver care to residents as per their individual care plans.
Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely.
Monitor residents health conditions and report any changes to the healthcare team.
Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and nursing to create and update care plans.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for residents.
Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and provide emotional support.
Ensure infection control and safety protocols are rigorously followed.
Communicate effectively with residents and their families.
Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.
Previous experience in aged care or nursing home settings is advantageous.
Compassionate, empathetic, and patient-centered approach to care.
Strong clinical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team.
