Job Description

Job Responsibility

Develop and implement curriculum and lesson plans tailored to student's needs and learning styles, incorporating Islamic values
Conduct Mathematics and Science classes for different proficiency levels
Assess students progress and provide feedback to help them improve their mathematical and scientific understanding and skills
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation and engagement, reflecting Islamic etiquette and morals
Utilize a variety of teaching methods and materials to cater to different learning preferences
Organize and participate in extracurricular activities such as math clubs, science fairs, competitions, and events, aligning with Islamic values
Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and administrators to support student's academic and personal growth within an Islamic framework
Stay updated on the latest teaching methodologies, educational research, and resources in Mathematics and Science
Maintain accurate records of student's attendance, grades, and progress

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Education, Mathematics, Science (Biology, Chemistry, Physics), or a related field
Teaching certification or relevant credentials
Proven experience in teaching Mathematics and Science at various levels (elementary, middle, high school)
Strong knowledge of Mathematics and Science curricula and teaching strategies
Familiarity with Islamic values and ability to integrate them into teaching
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Ability to create engaging and effective lesson plans
Proficiency in using educational technology and online teaching platforms
Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for teaching
Commitment to professional and ethical standards in line with Islamic principles
