GENERAL PURPOSESAccountable for effective operations of clinical and administrative functions in the Inpatient Wards by implementing Nursing strategies and policies and working within approved financial and manpower budgets while ensuring quality care and patient safety.
Ensure a safe environment by providing quality care through efficient implementation of appropriate nursing requirements in accordance with patients needs.
- Maintain high standards of patient care by supervising, directing and guiding all staff in the continuing assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of nursing care activities to achieve optimal patient care.
Maintain accurate and adequate nursing documentation concerning patient care.- Monitor and assess clinical and operational situations and take immediate corrective actions as required.
Promote care and uphold patient & family rights concerning safety, privacy & confidentiality.
- Deliver patient care at the expected competency level and act as a resource person in nursing care practices, knowledge & skills
Ensure effective staff scheduling based on the correct skill set and ix of team members to support the department operation.
REQUIREMENTSDiploma or Degree in Nursing or equivalent.
Candidate must have
Post Basic in Oncology.Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in the nursing field.
- Possess communicating, organizational, and coordinating skills in relation to the responsibilities.
Have working experience in customer service work or oncology or healthcare industry.
- Able to commute to work location : Kota Damansara.
