Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Arrange meetings with clients (doctors, pharmacists, nurses, healthcare professionals).
  • Collect patient medical history and symptom information.
  • Communicate with patients about examinations and appointments.
  • Educate patients on medical conditions and preventive care.
  • Coordinate care with multiple specialists and healthcare providers.
  • Assist Malaysian patients in scheduling appointments at Royallee Cancer Hospital in Guangzhou, China.
  • Communicate with colleagues in the US, Hong Kong, and China via phone and email.

Job Requirements

  • Proficiency in Mandarin and English (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
  • Excellent communication and positive personality.
  • Strong coordination skills and teamwork.
  • Diploma or higher education.
  • Preference for Nursing or Medicine background.
  • Experience in hospitals or clinics, especially in customer follow-up.
  • Diligent, eager to learn, responsible, and high integrity.
