We are looking for a suitable candidate to join our team as a Staff Nurse
Job Requirements:
- Characterizes with patience, love, caring attitude and empathy with elderly
Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Degree in Nursing- Able to communicate in English but additional language is an advantage
Can adapt with shift environment. Day shift and Night shift (12 hours)
- Able to multitask and communicate well with patients
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Job Responsibilities:- Ensure patients safety by complying to all policies, standard and procedure adopted by the Centre.
Perform Nursing procedures effectively and efficiently and to the satisfaction of patients
- Assisting with personal care, which may include bathroom functions, bathing, grooming, dressing and eating.
Transporting or escorting patient to medical and other appointments.- Observing, monitoring and reporting changes in health, behaviour, and needs.
Maintaining accurate, complete health care records and reports.
- Modifying patient health treatment plans as indicate by patients conditions and responses.
Providing emotional support and encouragement to perform necessary task.
