Job Description

Job Responsibilities
  • To assist healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive and holistic patient care.
To provide nursing care for all wellness procedures and medical procedures as required by Doctors.
  • To perform a medical assessment to gather relevant information, maintain and organize all assessment results and records, and other data.
To assist with scheduling appointments, managing client flow, and coordinating treatment plans and follow up all cases.
  • To monitor and maintain centre, equipment, and supplies, ensuring all are tidy, clean, sterile, and in good working condition pre-and post-treatment.
To maintain accurate and up-to-date client database and records, including payment details, medical history, treatment plans, progress notes, and documentation of procedures performed via CMS.
  • To build a good rapport with clients and ensure positive client experience by providing excellent customer service and personalized care.
To address client's concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
  • To follow Centre policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
To educate clients on health management strategies and wellness practices.
  • To uphold the highest standards of patient care and safety within the Centre.

A nursing diploma or equivalent (with valid APC certificate will be advantage)
  • Able to work in a multicultural team
Maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
  • Possess a minimum of 3 to 5 years of working experience in the Nursing/Medical/Wellness Centre field including in the government sector/private hospital/clinic/nursing home
Pleasant, well-groomed, responsible, self-motivated, and with good communication skills.
  • Able to carry out instruction punctually and disciplined in completing the task in detail.
Able to multitask and work well independently and as well as a team.
  • Able to do Ad Hoc duties as required by centre manager and doctors
