We're seeking a talented NPI Engineer to join one of the global leading electronics manufacturers.This role is to be based in Vietnam. This position requires your urgent attention.

the role
- Lead, oversee and contribute in the entire ene to end New Product Innovation (NPI) process from initial concept through to mass production.
- Conduct design reviews and and create process flows, FMEA of new NPI
- Coordinate and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of new products
- Facilitate the seamless transfer of products from the R&D phase to the factory, focusing on testing and electronic analysis.
- Implement and optimize manufacturing processes for new products. Develop and maintain quality assurance protocols and conduct root cause analysis to address process and product issues.
- Apply deep understanding of electronic principles, PCB/PCBA design, and SMT.
the experience
- A Bachelor's degree in Electrical/ Electronic Engineering
- Atleast years of experience in end to end involvement or overseeing of NPI proccesses from initial concept to mass production
- Stong hands on experience in electronics, PCB/PCBA, and SMT.
- Professional hands on experience in transfer process from R&D to factory, including testing (box - build) and electronic analysis.
- Knowledge on APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Mini tab, Cpk, GR&R, SPC
