Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor the real-time operation status of the network and business system 24/7 to ensure stability and availability
  • Respond promptly and effectively to customer fault reports and emails
  • Quickly and accurately diagnose, locate, and resolve faults to maintain normal business operations
  • Analyze and summarize fault records to continuously improve the knowledge base system
  • Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with security and performance standards
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to network configurations, processes, and procedures
  • Participate in on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support for network-related emergencies
  • Stay updated with industry trends and technologies to recommend network enhancements or upgrades
  • Assist in the planning and implementation of network infrastructure projects

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in network operations or related field
  • Strong understanding of network infrastructure and protocols
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
