We're looking for an experienced Networking Support Specialist to join our team and provide expert-level support for Webex Meetings, Webex Control Hub, and Meeting Servers. If you're passionate about troubleshooting, network architecture, and delivering exceptional customer support, this role is for you!
What You'll Do:
- Troubleshoot & Resolve Complex Issues: Work with engineers to diagnose and resolve technical challenges in Webex and Meeting Server environments.
- Webex & Solutions Expertise: Support and configure Webex Meetings, Control Hub, audio codecs, SIP protocols, and Meeting Servers, while driving integrations with third-party platforms.
- Customer Escalations: Manage high-priority cases and act as a key point of contact for critical accounts (CAP).
- Content Creation & Knowledge Sharing: Write technical documentation, contribute , knowledge base (Techzone, CCO), and help simplify the support experience for customers and engineers.
- Team Leadership & Training: Mentor and train new engineers, provide process/product training, and enhance the skills of your team.
- Collaboration with Engineering: Teams to improve serviceability, product features, and field quality.
What We're Looking For:
- 4+ years of experience in networking support, with a focus on collaboration solutions.
- CCNA, CCNP, or CCIE certification (or equivalent).
- Hands-on experience with Webex Meetings, Webex Control Hub, Meeting Servers, and third-party integrations.
- Strong knowledge of SIP protocols, audio codecs, and troubleshooting tools like MATS and STAP.
- Leadership experience, with the ability to manage escalations and drive technical training for teams.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
