In line with our continuous growth, we are seeking suitable candidates for the position
Network Security Engineer Internship.
Provide consultation, network design, planning, installation, implementation and documentation for projects involved.
Provide technical pre-sales support to the sales team.
Provide support and guidance to the team by sharing design knowledge, best practice approaches and potential solutions to meet business requirements.
Responsible for the administration and enforcement of IT security policies and procedures for Network System.
Coordinate testing and demonstration, prepare tender documents, product presentation and etc.
Any ad hoc matters as requested by the Management.
Candidates must at least have a minimum of Bachelors Degree in Network Security, Network Information, Cyber security, or equivalent, in a relevant field.
- Valued skills or experiences: critical thinking and problem solving, wide understanding of different
I.T. solutions and applications, e.g. SaaS and CASB, databases, Active Directory, etc., configuration, management, operation, and maintenance of I.T. network & security solutions, such as network firewalls, VPNs, enterprise level endpoint protection and anti-virus solutions, email protection and anti-spam, URL and web filtering, Intrusion Prevention Systems (IPS), Web Application Firewalls (WAF), security assessment tools and processes (GRC), etc.
Prior knowledge or experience in configuring & managing
I.T. network infrastructure and architectures, i.e., routers, network switches, firewalls, Wi-Fi access points and controllers, etc.- Possess good work ethics and professionalism, excellent interpersonal / communication skills, strong sense of responsibility, able to work independently as well as a team, and willing to take the initiative to learn and take on more responsibilities on their own.
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia- Possess own transport is an advantage but not mandatory.
Candidates may have to travel often
within the Klang Valley region, and even the entire Peninsula, and may even have the chance to travel to East Malaysia. Applicants should be
Malaysian citizens.
- Able to have industrial training of at least 3 months and above.
