JOB DESCRIPTION
- The ideal candidate will be an important contributor to the team and therefore the responsibilities need to be adhered to
Comprehending and anticipating issues and problems which could impact on the assigned project- Understanding the functions and structure of the organization assigned in order to complete assigned responsibilities
Assist with various IT projects
- Performs routine troubleshooting and maintenance of computers, printers
IT administrative and documentation- Provide administrative assistance with electronic filing of training documentation and communications using SharePoint
Under regular close supervision, individual performs all assigned work and reports issues as needed for escalation
- Maintain the security and integrity of networks, systems, and data
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Studying Bachelor Degree in IT field, preferably in network or software
Working knowledge of computer hardware, software and network operations and capabilities- Ability to detect, analyze and resolve computer hardware, software and network problems in a timely manner
Ability to provide clear and useful instruction and training
- Must have an understanding of other IT disciplines
Good attitude- Positive outlook and willingness to learn/take direction
Have CCNA or certified networking association is an advantage
