The Network Infrastructure and Cloud Solution Architect will be responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive solutions that integrate network infrastructure and cloud technologies. This role involves collaborating with clients to understand their needs, developing tailored solutions, and providing technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in both network infrastructure and cloud computing, coupled with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Act as the primary technical contact for prospective clients, understanding their network infrastructure and cloud needs.
- Collaborate with clients to assess their current technology environment, identify pain points, and provide recommendations for improvements.
Develop and architect comprehensive network infrastructure and cloud solutions that address client requirements for performance, scalability, and security.- Create detailed technical designs, including network diagrams, cloud architecture blueprints, and integration plans.
Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and proof-of-concept (POC) engagements to showcase the capabilities of our network infrastructure and cloud solutions.
- Tailor demonstrations to meet specific client needs and use cases.
Collaborate with the sales team to prepare responses to RFPs (Requests for Proposals) and RFIs (Requests for Information).- Develop technical content for proposals, including solution designs, architecture diagrams, and implementation strategies.
Provide expert advice on network infrastructure technologies (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls) and cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Tencent).
- Assist clients in designing and implementing solutions that integrate seamlessly with their existing infrastructure.
Prepare and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including solution designs, configuration guides, and deployment plans.- Create reports and presentations to communicate technical solutions and project status to clients and stakeholders.
Stay informed about the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in network infrastructure and cloud computing.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our product offerings and industry advancements to effectively position our solutions.
Build and sustain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within client organizations.- Address and resolve technical objections and concerns to facilitate successful sales engagements.
Collaborate and manage partners/vendors
Minimum Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Network Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in network infrastructure design and management
Minimum of 3 years of experience in cloud architecture and management- Proven track record of designing and delivering successful network and cloud solutions
Strong understanding of network infrastructure technologies and protocols, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs
- Expertise in cloud platforms and services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Tencent), including cloud architecture and security best practices
Relevant certifications such as Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert are highly desirable- Experience with ITIL frameworks and processes
Experience in RFP, RFQ and tender process
