TASK LIST :- Provide 2nd/3rd level network support for Network International
Handle Requests, Incidents, Changes and Problems in production network environment- Support various network projects
Communicate with different internal departments as well as external companies and vendors
- Participate in weekends, public holiday and on-call support, only when it's needed.
