Job Title: Network Engineer

• Job Summary:

As a Network Engineer , you will be responsible for assisting in the design, implementation, and maintenance of the company's network infrastructure. Working as part of the IT team, you will contribute to the stability, security, and efficiency of the network to support Danone's business operations.

• Key Responsibilities:

• Network Configuration and Troubleshooting:

Assist in configuring and maintaining network devices, including routers, switches, firewalls,

wireless controllers and access points.

Troubleshoot and resolve network issues to ensure continuous network availability and

optimal performance.

• Network Monitoring and Performance:

Monitor network performance and proactively identify potential bottlenecks or issues.

Participate in network capacity planning to meet current and future business demands.

• Network Security:

Collaborate with the IT security team to implement and enforce network security policies

and best practices.

Help ensure network devices are updated with the latest security patches and firmware.

• Network Documentation:

Maintain accurate network documentation, including diagrams, configurations, and

procedures.

• Network Projects:

Assist in the planning and implementation of network-related projects, such as network

upgrades or expansions.

• Collaboration:

Work closely with other IT teams and departments to understand network requirements and

support their initiatives.

Collaborate with external vendors to resolve network-related issues.

Stay Updated:

Keep up-to-date with the latest networking technologies and industry trends.

Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

• Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Knowledge of networking concepts, protocols, and technologies (TCP/IP, VLAN, OSPF, BGP,

etc.).

Familiarity with network devices and vendors (Cisco, Aruba, etc.).

Basic understanding of network security principles and best practices.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
