As a Head ofNetSuite Systems Manager, this is what youll be doing:

The role:


As the NetSuite Systems Manager, you will be at the forefront of managing and optimising the technology infrastructure that empowers our Finance and Governance team.

This critical role is accountable for overseeing the systems used to record transactions, generate reporting, and facilitate future business planning.

Currently, our primary systems are NetSuite and Workday Adaptive Planning. Your responsibility extends to creating efficiencies within the Finance team and across the broader business by implementing system enhancements and additional tools.

This role will help transform the finance systems landscape, driving efficiencies, and contributing to the overall success of our organisation. It will be key in shaping the future of financial technology within QS.

Role responsibilities:


System Management

Take ownership of the NetSuite and Workday Adaptive Planning systems, ensuring they are effectively utilised for transaction recording, reporting, and future planning.
Oversee system configurations, updates, and maintenance to ensure optimal performance and alignment with business needs.

Efficiency Enhancement

Identify opportunities for efficiency improvement within the Finance team and across the organisation through the implementation of system enhancements and additional tools.
Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive strategy to streamline processes and increase productivity.

Integration and Automation

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate finance systems with other business-critical applications.
Drive automation initiatives to reduce manual efforts, enhance accuracy, and accelerate financial processes.

Team Leadership

Lead and develop a team, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Ensure continuous skill development and knowledge enhancement within the team.

User Training and Support

Develop and deliver training programs to ensure Finance & Governance team members are proficient in utilising finance systems.
Provide ongoing support to address user inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and optimize system utilisation.

Vendor Management

Establish and maintain effective relationships with system vendors, ensuring timely support, updates, and resolution of any issues.
Stay abreast of new features and capabilities within finance systems and evaluate their applicability to the organisation.

Security and Compliance

Implement and enforce robust security measures to safeguard financial data.
Ensure that finance systems comply with relevant regulations and industry standards.
Any other additional duties as required.

Key skills and experience:


Bachelor's degree in information technology, Finance, or a related field. MBA or relevant certifications (e.g., NetSuite, Workday) are a plus.
Proven experience in managing finance systems, preferably NetSuite and Workday Adaptive Planning.
Strong project management skills with a track record of successful system implementations and enhancements.
Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinker with a keen understanding of the intersection between technology and finance.
Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and system reliability.
Proactive problem-solving orientation.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
