Responsibilities:
Performs hands-on coding and bug fixing at the application level (Level 3 Support Role).
Debugs, tests, and installs complex applications programs.
Diagnoses and resolves complex application software problems and their related interfaces.
Prepares and updates documentation according to the standard procedures on the proposed solutions.
Plan and manage & perform the user related activities required for system deployment & post support.
Regularly report and communicate work status and issues to the assigned Team Lead or Project Manager or Solution Manager
Requirements:
Possess a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
Required skill(s): Visual Basic, MVC, ASP.NET, Java, MS SQL Server, C#.
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Masters/ Post Graduate, Bachelors/ Degree
