Handle customer inquiries through calls, emails, and chats in the Korean language.
- Provide accurate and timely information regarding products and services.
Resolve customer issues and complaints, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.- Work closely with other teams to manage customer feedback and improve service quality.
Follow established procedures and maintain customer interaction records.
Proficiency in Korean (both spoken and written).
Previous experience in customer service is a plus.- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Flexibility to relocate and work onsite in Malaysia once the Employment Pass is secured.
