Job Summary:
We are currently looking for driven National Sales Manager to lead the sales function in the country and develop & implement the country's sales strategy in line with overall objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the skincare and beauty wellness industry.
Requirements:
Building a high-performing sales team by providing strong mentorship, coaching, and guidance
Identifying and acquiring new customers and up-selling to the existing customer base
Building strong relationships with key accounts
Ensuring accurate sales forecasting and account planning
Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts
Coordinating with other teams to ensure the smooth delivery of products & services
Use market data, statistics and trends to establish sales goals
Review marketing inadequacies and adjusting plans
Manage sales budgets. Prepare timely sales forecast and reports
Track and analyze sales data to find strengths and areas of opportunities
Develop and implement sales procedures and policies
Approve and lead key accounts
Recruit, hire and training new sales people
Create presentations for business partners, corporate executives and shareholders
Required skills and qualifications:
Diploma/degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Min 7 year of experience in sales leadership role, a strong track record of success with prior experience in a similar role
Hands-on leader who is a strong coach & mentor with a strong track record of building & leading high-performing sales teams
Possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills, and bi-lingual
Good analytical skills and are an excellent problem solver
A strong team player who can build good relationships at all levels of an organization
Willing to travel
