Job Description
- Delivering training sessions and workshops to beauty consultants, retail staff, and other professionals, ensuring they have comprehensive knowledge of the brand's products, techniques, and latest trends.
- Teaching proper product usage, application techniques, and skincare routines, as well as addressing customer needs and preferences to improve sales and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborating with the sales team to identify training needs and drive sales initiatives through effective product demonstrations and education, ensuring that the brand's products are marketed effectively in retail environments.
- Representing the brand at events, exhibitions, and in-store promotions, ensuring that all beauty professionals reflect the brand's values and standards in their customer interactions.
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, product launches, and new techniques to continuously improve training programs and ensure the team is knowledgeable about the latest beauty innovations.
- Monitoring the progress and performance of trained staff, providing feedback and follow-up support to ensure the successful implementation of learned skills and achieving sales targets.
- Working closely with the marketing team to align training with promotional campaigns, new product launches, and any seasonal or regional initiatives.
The Successful Applicant
- Hold a valid international qualification as an esthetician or therapist
- 6-8 years of experience as a professional trainer
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an esthetician, with a background in a spa or high-end institute
- Fluent in English and proficient in MandarinStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- High interpersonal skills with a collaborative team spirit
- Strong customer service orientation
- Good listening skills, dynamic, and approachable with a positive attitude
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to take initiative
- Willingness and ability to relocate internationally as needed
