Maintain a thorough understanding of the products offered, including musical instruments, accessories, and sheet music.
- Stay updated on new arrivals and best-selling items.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Collect customer feedback to improve service and product offerings.
Respond to customer inquiries via social media, and live chat promptly and professionally.- Provide detailed product information, troubleshoot issues, and guide customers through the purchasing process.
Assisting in manage online orders, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
Address and resolve customer complaints and issues, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives.- Follow up to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction.
Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth store operations and cohesive customer service.- Communicate effectively with the management team regarding customer needs and store performance.
Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in retail and online customer service.
Assist with in-store merchandising and promotional displays.- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
Provide regular reports on sales performance, customer interactions, and inventory status.- Help identify trends and opportunities for sales growth and improved customer service.
