Multimedia Designer

Multimedia Designer (English & Mandarin)

• Job requirements :

A minimum diploma or above in multimedia design or related field

• A minimum of 3 years of proven working experience as multimedia specialist or similar role in any industry.

Solid experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, Premiere Pro and After Effects.

• Experience with 3D modelling and animation software, such as Blender or Maya, is a plus

Knowledge of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript is a plus

• Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design.

Social media native - Ability to keep up with latest design trends on social media

• A good aesthetic eye and stays up to date with gaming contemporary art, graphic, and advertising trends.

Strong visual sense, creativity and the ability to communicate complex ideas through visual mediums effectively

• Self-motivated, resourceful and ability to work independently and manage timelines and deliverables effectively

Prior experience in start-up's / creative agencies, is a plus & its may be overtime work or rushing timeline sometimes

• Strong interest in gaming, blockchain, NFT and/or the crypto industry

Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) , Power point presentation design skills is a must, preferred experiences and higher standard design skill. Preferred can speak and write in mandarin and English. Can provide a lot of creative design idea to Marketing head .

• Job Responsibilities

Conceptualise, plan and execute the productions of multimedia content, such as social media graphics, animations, and videos, presentation decks etc.

• Designing and developing visual assets such as icons, logos, and branding elements for web applications.

To coordinate various projects related to multimedia technologies development, which may include visualisation and imaging projects, application design and implementation, etc.

• To assist in designing, editing, and integrating digital content, graphics, animation, photography, illustrations, and other multimedia visualisation and imaging products.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including developers, marketers, and product managers, to develop and implement design solutions

• To design and develop content style and layout.

To create proofs, prototypes, mock-ups, wireframes, user journey maps, and other visual aids.

• To create presentation and communication templates for promotional, developmental, and administrative needs.

Tell compelling stories through graphics and its products & services in line with the overall brand development strategy and core values

• Handle the design from concept to final artwork

Deliver creatives for campaigns and projects in a timely manner according to brand and visual guidelines

• Work with cross department colleagues for any additional ad hoc design tasks.

Experience in ads buying, with the ability to strategize and execute advertising campaigns effectively.

• Nice to Haves:

Skills in design software like Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator

• A deep love for gaming and understanding of gamer culture.
