Multilingual Customer Support Representative (English, Mandarin and/or Cantonese)

Hello! We are seeking a dedicated and positive Customer Support Specialist to manage the intake process of enrolled Medicaid patients from A to Z. This is an on-site job.

• Responsibilities:

Managing the Intake process for new patients.

• Reaching out to referrals and following up to ensure enrollment.

Guiding patients through the Medicaid application process, including reviewing required documentation.

• Developing trust with patients and encouraging them to utilize clients health plans.

Supporting patients throughout the process to ensure they have everything they need.

• Requirements:

Good in English, Mandarin and/or Cantonese highly preferred to effectively communicate with the customers.

• Ability to work US hours (9AM-6PM EST / 9pm-6am Malaysian Time).

Willingness to work on-site.

• Customer service-driven with a friendly and positive attitude.

Ability to develop and maintain patient trust.

• Task-oriented and detail-focused.

Sales Experience would be a huge plus!
