Responsibilities
- Design, develop and maintain applications using the Microsoft Power Platform.
- Primary focus will be on creating efficient and user-friendly solutions that leverage Power Apps, Power BI, and Power Automate.
- Design, develop, and customize Power Apps to meet specific business needs
- Create canvas apps, model-driven apps, and portal apps using Power Apps
- Integrate Power Apps with other Microsoft 365 services and external data sources
- Utilize Power BI to create interactive dashboards and reports
- Transform raw data into meaningful insights for business users
- Collaborate with data analysts and stakeholders to identify key metrics and KPIs
- Develop workflows and automate business processes using Power Automate (formerly known as Flow)
- Build flows to connect various applications, trigger actions, and streamline repetitive tasks
- Ensure seamless data flow between different systems and services
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and end-users
- Gather requirements, conduct workshops, and provide technical guidance
- Communicate effectively to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions
- Understand the Power Platform environment, security, and governance
- Manage environments, data connections, and permissions
- Troubleshoot issues related to app deployment and access
Job Requirement
- Candidate should possess a Professional Certificates, Diploma / Advanced Diploma, Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Engineering (Computer / Telecommunication), Computer Science / Information Technology
- Preferably at least 3 years of related working experience.
- Preferably Non-Executive specializing in Information Technology or equivalent.
- Good communication skills in English, and Malay language for both spoken and written
- Strong knowledge of Power BI for data visualization and reporting
- Experience with Power Automate to automate workflows and integrate systems
- Familiarity with Power Virtual Agents for creating AI-powered chatbots and virtual assistants will be an advantage
- Understanding of business processes and the ability to translate them into effective app solutions
- A good team player, proactive and self-motivated
