Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Review & examine documents if valid for insurance claim
  • Attend to incoming and outgoing phone customer phone calls
  • Monitor & arrange daily routine work of department
  • Ongoing supervise to ensure task complete & successful
  • Handle customer inquiries & provide assistance

Job Requirements

  • Candidates must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/SPM
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Basic computer skill : Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
  • Preferable Language: Mandarin
  • Experienced & hardworking is preferable
