Mortgage Specialist

Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Mortgage Specialist with 1-3 years of experience to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting clients with their mortgage applications, providing expert advice on mortgage products, and ensuring that all documentation is completed accurately and on time.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with their mortgage applications, including gathering necessary documentation and providing guidance on the mortgage process.
• Evaluate clients financial situation and provide expert advice on suitable mortgage products.
• Ensure that all mortgage documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide ongoing support throughout the mortgage process.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to overall team success.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in mortgage lending or a related field
• Strong knowledge of mortgage products and lending regulations
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Required language(s): Mandarin is compulsory, English and Bahasa Malaysia is also good to have.
• Passion to deal with people internally and externally.
• Enthusiastic about building a good career in sales.
• Fresh Graduates with strong interest in financial and sales advisory are encouraged to apply, training will be provided.
