Basic Salary: RM2,800
KPI Allowance: Up to RM300
Location: Pusat Perdagangan Dana 1, Ara Damansara
Working Hours: Rotational Shift (Between 8:00AM to 10:00PM, 9 hours per shift including 1 hour break)
- Required language(s): English and Mandarin
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in the service industry will be an added advantage for this position.
- Good communication skills (ability to speak in fluent English will be an added advantage)
- Fresh graduates who are interested to start their career in a call center are also encouraged to apply Full Training Provided
- Applicant must be willing to work on rotational shifts (where applicable).
- Ability to work on public holidays
- Job Responsibilities:
- Verifying educational, employment, credit and criminal background of candidates in a dedicated countries for our clients.
- Making telephone calls, writing emails, using systems to conduct database checks in order to verify details and prepare reports.
- Handling all inbound/outbound calls/email/live chat pertaining to background verification general inquiries.
- To exceed clients expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information.
