Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategies to attract top talent.
Manage the recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer acceptance.- Source and screen candidates via job platforms, social media, and networking events.
Conduct interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and offer guidance.
Keep up a strong applicant pool for upcoming and present positions.- Ensure a positive candidate experience with timely communication and feedback.
Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience in talent acquisition. Prefer in manufacturing settings.
Spoken and written in English, Malay and Mandarin (added advantage).- Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and tools.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Proficient in using recruitment software.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
