MM2H Advisor/Executive

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented MM2H Advisor/Executive to join our team. The MM2H Advisor/Executive will be responsible for assisting applicants in the Malaysia My Second Home (MM2H) program, providing guidance on the application process, and ensuring compliance with government guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Use multi outreach channels to engage and prospect potential applicants and promote the MM2H program

- Provide detailed explanations of the different categories of the MM2H program based on government guidelines

- Assist applicants in completing and submitting the necessary documentation for the MM2H program

- Build strong relationships with applicants to ensure a smooth and successful application process

- Maintain meticulous records and ensure accurate administrative processes are followed

- Stay up to date on changes to the MM2H program guidelines and regulations

- Go above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service and support to applicants throughout the application process

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in any field; Entry level position, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

- Experience working in a similar role, preferably in the immigration or visa services industry but not essential

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficient in using social media platforms for outreach and marketing purposes

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

- Quick learner

- Fluent in English and Chinese, additional languages are a plus
