Mktg Supp Exec

Provide support roles for sales team members on various type of matters exp. Issuance of cover note, compilation, submission and assistance.

1) To provide support service to marketers on all kind of inquiries including preparation of report and ad hoc job request.
2) Assist on the policy/endorsement processing.
3) To assist on claim submission and to follow up when necessary.
4) To monitor on the policy / endorsement issuance and practice policy checking before deliver to the agent.
5) Ensure agent's enquiries are attended in timely manner and to provide accurate information at all times.
6) Perform all activities within the guidelines of regulators and internal service level agreement and standards, procedures & processes.
7) To perform policy/endorsement issuance.
8) To assist in preparing non-motor quotation for the agent as and when required by the marketers.
9) To attend to walk in customer on rotation basis.
10) To monitor on the payment for the CBC case on daily basis.
