Job Responsibilities_
- To provide first-level support to end users
Understand user problems and provide appropriate solutions- To support hardware, software and troubleshooting PC
To undertake ad-hoc assignment or duty assigned by HOD from time to time

Job Requirements:_
- Experience in SQL Script and Visual Basic is an added advantageous
Ability to pay close attention to details, multi-tasking and use time effectively- Strong problem solving and analytical ability
Proactive and able to work with minimum supervision
- Willing to travel for work purpose
Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin will be advantageous
