Job Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented MIS Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of office network infrastructure and systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of technology solutions that meet business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain office network infrastructure and systems, including servers, switches, routers, firewalls, and VPNs, and asset inventory list(both software and hardware)
- Monitor and maintain the performance and security of the office network, including responding to incidents and resolving issues
- Develop and maintain documentation related to network infrastructure, policies, and procedures
- Work with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and implement technology solutions that meet those requirements
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to office network infrastructure and systems
- Identify opportunities to improve network infrastructure and system performance, and implement solutions to address those opportunities
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments related to network infrastructure and systems
- To coordinate and aligne with headquarter on the IT policies enforcement
- To support and replace EOS, EOL, or non-functioning devices
Pre-Requisites
- Diploma or degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining office network infrastructure and systems
- In-depth knowledge of network infrastructure technologies, including LAN, WAN, and VPN
- Familiarity with network security technologies, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and anti-virus software
- Ability to patch popular OS used by team members, such as Microsoft Windows, MacOS, Linux and etc
- Ability to patch popular browser software used by team members, such as Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Mozzila Firefox, Safari, Opera and etc
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve network issues
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality network infrastructure and systems
Preferred
- Certification in network infrastructure, such as CCNA or CCNP
- Knowledge of network monitoring and management tools, such as Nagios or SolarWinds
- Experience in a similar role, designing and implementing network infrastructure and systems for an office environmen
