Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Configure, maintain and troubleshoot middleware software such as web servers, application servers, messaging systems and databases.
Develop and implement strategies for middleware software upgrades and patch deployments.
Manage user accounts, permissions and access rights.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
Create and maintain technical documentation related to middleware operations.
Assist in the development of middleware-related policies and procedures.
Provide technical support related to middleware software for users and administrators.
Available to provide 24/7 support as required.

Qualifications

Strong oral and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills
2 to 3 years of experience in Middleware technologies
In-depth knowledge of distributed computing systems, network and system design, and web services.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to configure and deploy middleware solutions in a timely and efficient manner.
Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Perl, and Bash.
Familiarity with application servers, databases, and security protocols.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
